Abacus Automation provides complete support with parts, service and technical help for our turn-key machines. Typically, our machines are still producing impressive results decades after being built. We continue to provide the custom parts and expert service to keep our machines updated, productive and impressive. For Parts or Service, just enter the Model Number and Serial Number along with your information in the forms below.
Every Abacus Automation machine carries an Identification Plaque, usually located on the Controller Box exterior. The identifiers for Model Number and Serial Number are located at the top of the plaque, as shown in the diagram below.
